Francis Christman


Francis is an experienced entrepreneur, business owner, and former corporate executive. Driven by his passion for growing and developing businesses, he takes pride in providing exceptional service and business results. As a broker and consultant, his goals include: developing relationships that build businesses and creating value for his clients. His focus at Ivy Mill is using analytics to help sellers and buyers determine “approximate fair market value”. As a local business owner, he is a member of the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce. Francis and his family support Chesterfield County Schools, Chesterfield County Crime Solvers as well as our Country’s Veterans. When Francis isn’t working with his clients, he is enjoying music, his Labrador retrievers, the golf course or enjoying a cup of coffee with guests at his family business.

John O’Reilly


John O’Reilly is an experienced entrepreneur and business owner. John has worked in the Real Estate industry since 1998 and has enjoyed a wonderful and rewarding 20 years in the business. John is the proud owner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Base Camp. He was 2017 President of the Richmond Association of Realtors® and CVRMLS and has been heavily involved in the political and regulatory side of the business world which gives him a unique insight that others may not have. John’s focus and core competence at Ivy Mill is his understanding and execution of the sale. His ability to identify and relate the prospect’s needs and wants to the business he is selling is what sets him apart. John always operates from a win-win attitude and that is ultimately his reason for over 20 years of successful sales. When John’s not working, you can find him playing golf or donating his time to many local boards and charities.
